I have a shell namespace extension which I'd like a non-admin user to be able to use.

I clearly can't do a "normal" install, as a non-admin user doesn't have access to HKCR.

 Is there another way?  For example

explorer.exe <switches> <extension filename> which would load the extension for just that instance of explorer?  Looking for anything here...
